He successfully cleared the European Diploma in Adult Respiratory Medicine awarded by the European Respiratory Society (ERS), a prestigious international qualification that places him among a select group of globally accredited pulmonologists.

He underwent specialized training in advanced airway procedures and thoracic interventions at the Department of Pulmonology, KIMS Hospitals. He subsequently served as an Associate Consultant in Pulmonology at KIMS Hospitals, Kondapur, where he gained extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of complex respiratory disorders.Further enhancing his expertise, Dr. Abhilash completed an advanced Training Program in Interventional Pulmonology in Japan, equipping him with specialized skills in cutting-edge bronchoscopic and thoracic intervention techniques.

Currently, Dr. Abhilash serves as a Consultant Clinical and Interventional Pulmonologist at Sri Sri Holistic Hospitals, Kondapur. He is also a Visiting Consultant at Shree Veda Hospitals, Ramachandrapuram, and Tirumala Hospitals, Beeramguda, Hyderabad, where he provides comprehensive care for a wide spectrum of pulmonary and critical respiratory conditions.
